Q: What promotional tools are available?
BongaCash provides its affiliates with a wide range of marketing tools, tested to ensure best results. You will find text links, banners, pop-ups, API, Embed Cam & Chat Room, and Instant Messenger Ads in the Promo Tools section of the affiliate area. The marketing tools contain HTML codes that include an ID. When you add the tools to your website's HTML code, the ID identifies the traffic originating on your website as yours. This identification lets us accurately track (and pay you for) the traffic you refer to our site.

Q: What is the minimum payout? What payout options do you offer?
The minimum payout amount is $100. However, the first payout must be at least $200 for traffic verification purposes.
Current minimum payouts are as follows:
Paxum – $100;
Bitcoin – $100;
Ethereum – $100;
Tether USDT (ERC20)* – $100;
Tether USDT (TRC20)* – $100;
Wire transfer** – $100;
Webmoney – $100.
* When choosing Tether USDT as your payment method, please ensure that you have selected the correct ERC-20 or TRC-20 network and that the wallet information is entered correctly. Entering an incorrect wallet address will lead to loss of funds with no refund option.
** Wire transfer (direct bank transfer to account) is available for affiliates from the SEPA zone, which includes all EU countries, the UK, Andorra, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Mayotte, Saint Pierre, and Miquelon, Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Man. If you reside outside the SEPA zone and prefer to receive payments via wire transfer, please contact our BongaCash managers to find a suitable solution.
Q: When do I get paid?
Payments are made every Friday for the previous week (from Monday to Sunday).
The minimum payout amount is $100. However, the first payout must be at least $200 for traffic verification purposes. If the earned amount is less than the specified minimum, the payout will be deferred to the following Friday until the required minimum is reached.
Q: Do I need more than one BongaCash account if I have multiple websites?
No, you only need one BongaCash account. BongaCash lets you track signups from all your websites.
Q: Where can I find my Webmaster Referral Link?
You'll find it in the Linking Codes section of the BongaCash affiliate area. It is marked as Webmaster Referral URL.
Q: How do I transfer my domain to BongaCash?
If you wish to run a White Label with our company and get it approved, you are required to transfer ownership of your domain to BongaCash account at GoDaddy or NameCheap (exсept for .ru domains). The process of transferring your domain depends on the domain Registrar, but generally, the necessary steps are very similar.
- Transfer between Registrar's Accounts
Transfer between Registrar's Accounts is free of charge.
If your domain is registered with GoDaddy or NameCheap, there is only one step to complete:

In the control panel of your domain account, there is an option to transfer domain between registrar's accounts. You only need to enter our email or account on the Transfer Domain between Accounts page.

After you initiate the transfer, please inform our support team to confirm the transfer and approve your White Label.
- Transfer from Other Registrar to GoDaddy or NameCheap
BongaCash compensates Affiliate for Transfer. The domain renewal cost is Affiliate's duty.
Important: Please make sure that the domain name is eligible for transfer, sign in to your current Registrar and check that initial registration of the domain name was at least 60 days ago and the domain has been with your current Registrar for at least 60 days. Per ICANN's Policy on Transfer of Registrations between Registrars, domains that are less than 60 days old or were transferred between Registrars within the last 60 days cannot be transferred. Please wait at least 60 days before transferring.
The transfer procedure depends on domain registrar and can be found in registrar's FAQ, but generally, the steps are as follows:
- Ensure that the contact information of your domain specifies your valid email address. If your domain uses private registration, you need to make it public (i.e., WHOIS Privacy/Proxy must be disabled) so that the email address on record can be set to valid email address where you will receive messages.
- If your domain is locked and transfers are disabled, you have to unlock it to enable the transfer. Your registrar will have a simple method for unlocking your domain; usually, you simply need to click a button in the control panel of your domain account.
- Get an authorization code (EPP code or transfer key) from your registrar. The authorization code for your domain might be displayed in the control panel of your account, or – upon your request – will be sent to the email address marked in the contact information.

After you've made sure that your domain is unlocked and after you've received the authorization code, please send both your domain name and the authorization code to our support team.
As soon as we receive your domain name and the authorization code, we will initiate the transfer and approve your White Label.
Q: What information should be listed for my domain?
For your White Label to run smoothly, your domain should list the information from the following tables:

Note: Depending upon how your domain is currently configured and the details of your registrar's control panel application, either edit the existing DNS server information (referred to as "A record") or choose to create a new A record. Edit or add the nameserver details to use the values shown above (DNS Server Information).
Q: In which cases do i not need to transfer the domain?
If you have earned $1,000 or more over time, you can launch the White Label site without transferring the domain. For detailed information, please get in touch with one of the BongaCash managers
